Hello foodie fam, today I want to share a recipe I derived from having left overs rotisserie chicken, this is a very simple recipe.
- left-over chicken
- ball peppers
- pepper (chilli)
- remove skin from chicken and shread
- oil pan and add shreaded chicken
- add all the veggies
- spice with salt and pepper
- add cheese, cover with foil and bake at 230 heat for 25 mins.
